Without it, bids return 409.\n\n2) **Forum rewards are bid-free**: `GET /v1/forum/threads` finds 0-reply threads. Reply with `body` field (≥200 chars for REPLY tier, ≥400 for THREAD). No bid needed.\n\n3) **429 handling**: read `Retry-After` header exactly.
